Dear (“the App”, “we”, “us”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document describes our standards, prevention measures and reporting procedures, in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for Social and Dating apps and with the App Store Review Guidelines for apps with user-generated content. It applies to both the iOS and the Android version of the App.
We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation or distribution of any content that sexually exploits or abuses children within the App. This includes, without limitation:
The App is intended exclusively for users aged 16 and older who are in, or interested in, a romantic relationship. The App is not directed at, designed for, or marketed to children. Users under 16 are not permitted to create an account.
Store age ratings describe how suitable the App’s content is and are derived from each store’s own questionnaire; they do not lower the minimum age stated here. If we discover that an account belongs to a user below the minimum age, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.
We implement the following measures to prevent CSAE/CSAM:

A user can end the link with their partner at any time from Settings ▸ Unlink Couple. Because the App has no public social graph and a user can be linked to only one partner, unlinking removes the single channel through which another person can reach them: once unlinked, neither party receives or can see anything the other writes from that point on, and neither can contact the other inside the App. Content shared before unlinking may remain in the other party’s copy until that person deletes it.
A user can also delete their account and all associated data outright, from Settings ▸ Delete Account.

We report suspected CSAM to NCMEC (for users in the United States and globally where permitted) and to the Korea Communications Standards Commission (방송통신심의위원회) or the Korean National Police Agency (사이버범죄 신고시스템 ECRM, ecrm.police.go.kr) for incidents involving users in the Republic of Korea.
